Welcome to FoodTrucksMove.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FoodTrucksMove.com website and related services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. 1. Who We Are
FoodTrucksMove.com ("FoodTrucksMove," "we," "us," or "our") is a website that helps people find food trucks operating in the Gulf Coast area and helps food truck operators share their locations and hours. The Service is operated as an independent project.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current. If you use the Service on behalf of a business (such as a food truck), you represent that you are authorized to do so.
3. Your Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. The Service and Location Information
FoodTrucksMove.com displays locations, hours, menus, and other details submitted by food truck operators and other users. We do not own, operate, inspect, or control any food truck listed on the Service.
Location and availability information is provided by operators and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. A truck may move, close early, sell out, change its menu, or fail to show up. We do not guarantee that any truck will be at any location at any time. Always confirm directly with the operator before relying on a listing, and use your own judgment when traveling to a location.
5. Operator Listings and Submissions
If you are a food truck operator, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your location, hours, menu, pricing, and contact details. You agree to keep your listing reasonably current and to comply with all laws, permits, health codes, and regulations that apply to your business. Listing a truck on FoodTrucksMove.com does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or verification of that truck by us.
6. User Content
"User Content" means anything you submit to the Service, including listings, text, images, reviews, and messages. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You represent that you own or have the rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law. We may remove or refuse to display any User Content at our discretion.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Impersonate another person or business, or claim a truck listing you are not authorized to manage;
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Service without our permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that support it;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, layout, logos, and underlying software, is owned by FoodTrucksMove.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links and Services

We are not responsible for the food, conduct, safety, or business practices of any food truck or operator listed on the Service. Any dealings you have with an operator are solely between you and that operator.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodTrucksMove.com and anyone associated with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes any losses related to wasted trips, inaccurate listings, food quality, or interactions with operators.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoodTrucksMove.com from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
